ICW Property invest and develop both commercial and residential property across the North West, once developed we either sell the property on the open market, or we add it to our portfolio of selected high cash flowing properties.
We also work with a small number of private investors who have similar goals in property. Partner investors can receive a return on their investment or take the finished property for their portfolio.

We mainly concentrate on two proven strong and secure strategies, buying and refurbishing 2/3 bed houses either for resale or the rental market, also buying commercial property and then either converting to residential or reconfiguring to maximize lease values. Yes there are higher cash flow strategies but long term our strategies have proven secure and strong whatever the economic conditions.

From apartments in the city centre to family houses in select suburbs, single lets are the most proven, stable and secure investment you can make in property. Investments can be found from as little as £20,000 and returns are good with little risk, recent changes in the tax system have targeted this type of investment but structured correctly to take the changes into account single let investments are as good as they have always been.
Commercial to Residential Conversions
We take unused commercial property and repurpose it to residential to help with the housing crisis. Changes to planning laws designed to help create more homes from unused commercial property is a a strategy we are using more often, we see this as a growing trend across the North West.
We take larger office or industrial space and reconfigure to appeal to the new demands of businesses looking for space in a post Covid world.
There is a surplus of large office buildings and as we know post Covid, hybrid working has reduced the demand for these spaces considerably, also the demand for smaller flexible industrial space has grown significantly. ICW buys and reconfigures the space to appeal to the smaller more flexible working environment we have.
