We completed on the property within six weeks, we had sold our apartment in Altrincham the week prior and moved in with bear plaster walls and no carpets.

The previous older gentleman owner had owned it for 40 years and moved in with his family, the family tried to renovate it, but had only completed a part renovation when they run out of time and patience to complete it.

Over the following nine months we completely refurbished the existing property, while adding a side extension to house a downstairs WC and utility room, plus a full width rear extension with bi-fold doors to create a fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opened up to the spacious garden.
