This property was acquired direct to vendor, whilst refurbishing Henry St No1, we leafleted the street and the owner contact us.
We had run the numbers and sat down with the owner and reached a purchase price of £80k, 20% below market value, the owner was happy as they required a very quick sale.

The property required minimal work, again a short walk of shops and amenities, also only a ten minute walk to Crewe’s main train station with direct links to Manchester, Birmingham and London.

We completed an three week light refurbishment, while marketing through a local agent, we had it let the following week after refurbishment.
