Here at ICW Group we love to share our knowledge of Business, Property Development and SSAS Pensions. Our owner Ian Welsh has started, operated and helped to grow many businesses in a business career lasting over 25 years.
We started ICW Group back in 2017, owned by husband and wife team Ian and Connie Welsh, we have completed a number of property projects across the North West and have used both our own SSAS funds and other SSAS investors funds to bring those projects to fruition.
We have a broad range of experience in business and the main aspects of property, purchases via direct to vendor, agents and auctions – our preferred purchase method. We have in depth experience of both light and heavy refurbishment, project planning, finding good trades people, creating budgets – and more importantly sticking to them, plus finding and working with local letting agents to get the best tenants at the best rental yields possible. Finally, we have experience of selling a number of properties via sourcing agents, direct on Zoopla and local estate agents.
We also have strong knowledge of Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS) we have our own scheme, plus our director Ian Welsh co hosts the SSAS North West network, which as well as offering help and guidance to fellow SSAS trustee’s also hold meeting in Manchester (SSASNorthWest.co.uk)
